We are currently hiring for a Tier 2 Endpoint Support position at in Bolingbrook, Illinois facility.

Job Summary:

Tier 2 Endpoint Support position is responsible for providing Tier 2 support to the organization as well as providing Tier 1 support to the Bolingbrook facilities.  Tier 1 Support will include new user set ups and Tier 2 support that includes troubleshooting issues and providing necessary support to the two facilities in Illinois.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support new user set ups at the Illinios facilities.
  • Make necessary changes to users as needed.
  • Troubleshoot help desk tickets by using knowledge base as needed.
  • Resolve any IT issues on site that may include break fixes, priner issues, etc.
  • Complete and close help desk tickets in a timely fashion.
  • Provide technical support for network, PCs and printers, and other IT hardware and software.
  • Provide training, service and support to both local and remote locations as needed.
  • Interaction with all internal departments, consultants, and outside support staff and material vendors.
  • Perform other related duties or special projects.


Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred in related field.
  • Must have an attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 6 months of related experience in a multiple server envrionment using Active Directory structures is preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Computer experience is required.  Experience with Google Suite a plus.
  • Experience working with Windows 7 or higher.
  • Must practice good personal hygiene.
  • Knowledge of timekeeping systems a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills
  • Cusotmer focused approach to projects.
  • Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Must be able to problem solve.
  • Work extended hours, weekends and overtime if needed.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
