Job Description

Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to the Accounts Receivable and Invoicing functions of our organization.  The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will provide oversight of the daily activities within these functions and ensure compliance and accuracy of the data as well as serve as a further safeguard of the company assets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the accounts receivable and invoicing team members.
  • Responsible for hiring, learning and development, department meetings, metrics, quarterly reviews for performance management and coverage of accounts receivable and invoicing team.
  • REsponsible for weekly review of the accounts receivable and invoicing claims aging to actively purse aged items for payment collections or removal (if warranted).
  • Prepare monthly accruals and journal entries, account reconciliation, and account validity including research of variances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
  • Previous experience with QAD, CyberQuery, Salesforce and is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Computer experience – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills including root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment of continuous change and challenges.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends according to schedule.
