LeaderTrac - West Liberty Foods Careers

LeaderTrac is the West Liberty Foods internal Talent and Leadership Development initiative. It provides driven leaders and High Potential (HIPO) Team Members at every level with options to build learning tracks specific to their career and development needs. LeaderTrac is self-driven and features instructor-led and project-based learning opportunities, in addition to personal coaching offered by Learning and Talent Development team members. Additionally, mentoring relationships can be established with our seasoned and people-focused leaders.
